Imagine Chris Simms thinking he has the cache to criticize any great QBs.

That's like me trying a Gordon Ramsey meal and telling him it sucks.

By that standard there are a lot of people on this forum who owe Mahomes an apology.

Haven't you been critical of Mahomes and the team in general?

Nope you must have me confused with someone else.

I've been critical of the General Manager. Not Mahomes.

You know FAR less about being an NFL GM than Chris Simms does about playing QB. FAR less.

Not yet. Glad to see some of his draft picks looking good so far for a change though.

No, its not.

He may not have been physically gifted like a great QB but that doesnt mean he cant recognize or critique one.
Do you think Belichik could criticize a QB or Andy Reid or anyone who has studied or played the position? Of course they can.

Its literally just an opinion anyway.

Same goes for Chef Ramsey, do you HAVE to like his food just because hes a famous Chef? No.

If his food sucked to you, then it sucked. Other people may like it but again, thats your opinion.

Huh? Liver? WTF? GR does not use liver in Beef Wellington. Who tf would use LIVER in Beef Wellington?!

Simms takes are solid, per usual. He is spot on that the faid really screwed up with their defensive playcalling. Play a basic cover 2, stay patient, force KC to run first and often. They didn't do that: they played a cover 3 with occasional cover 1. They frigging blew it, defensively, and the Chiefs did something fairly new for this season: they made them pay for it. Credit to KC for much improved execution.

Most every recipe for Beef Wellington. It's in the pate underneath the pastry.

Bro. Look up recipes for it. Maybe you have found one or make one yourself that doesn't include liver, but the basic recipe for Beef Wellington is a mash of foie gras and mushrooms.

Someone with PS skills should mock up Mahomes and Simms in the stupid sandwich gif.

That said, of everything possible to criticize Ramsey for, his Welly isn't it. Prime beef and mushroom is delicious ALL THE TIME, and in a Welly it's just about perfect.

And he markets it for home presentation.
