Misleading article heading. Bridgewater has been their QB for one game against the Chiefs. The other eleven games were different players.
Point is, they need better QB play. |

There is a great owner for them out there, and his color is perfect!

I don't know what team could honestly sell to their fan base at any moment in time that Teddy Bridgewater is the answer, or any kind of answer for that matter. Teddy Bridgewater is your backup, and if your star goes down then you know your season is likely over. We need to stop building up these backup QBs like they're the next coming of Kurt Warner. Heinecke, Bridgewater, Taysom Hill, they're all backup QBs that I'm glad aren't on my team to try to trick the fanbase into thinking it's a good thing. Broncos fans are realizing that Elway's only contribution to their franchise over the 2 decades is having Von Miller fall in his lap and he convinced Peyton Manning to finish his career with the Broncos. They're also realizing that Drew Locke is Paxton Lynch and Brock Osweiler 2.0 AND there is no guarantee that it'll turn around any time soon. They're the 2000s Chiefs, and they're in the 2009 season hoping for Andy Reid to come along sooner rather than later.

So he's pinning 12 straight on Bridgewater???
Teddy isn't a high ceiling guy, but he's better than anyone else they've had at QB since Manning. |

Headline is a little misleading. I think Kizla is just trying to say that all Teddy does is keep a team in QB purgatory.

He's right about that. That's an organizational decision. KC made that same decision with Alex Smith and it worked out. New England attempted that same strategy with Cam and it may have worked out for them. The bottom line is that tanking in football does not guarantee future success either. |

I don't think Lock has superstar potential, but in a league where Andy Dalton still starts games, there is a place for Lock in it on a team that would actually support him. |

At least he can brag about banging the CEO's daughter. So he's owned the Chiefs franchise in one respect.

Terrible QB development on their part. I don't think Lock is special but he could have been developed into something better than Teddy but the Broncos screwed it up. If they move on from Lock I'll take him in KC. |
