Not sure I'm buying that either. The system is broken if fully symptomatic people are getting false negatives at anything higher than a 10% clip. That's a disaster. The whole point with using the PCR test was to reduce false negatives. False positives can be dealt with but routine false negatives (for three days) should mean that the tests are useless.

The PCR has a 9% false-negative rate when tested early (first day of symptoms).
