Yep, I remember the hit and being super pissed off, not only at the hit itself, but at the lack of a flag, the announcers trying to say it was Eddie Kennison's fault for "blocking" Geathers into that cheap shot, and most of all because a Chiefs lineman didn't kill Geathers on the spot.

Why in the heck did KC wear all white at that game? It was at Arrowhead. I completely forgot it was a home game until you commented on being right in front of the hit.

Geathers was not fined. Infuriating to this day.
