From Superman to just an elite QB?

It's been ages I have posted here but just terribly disappointed by that game and performance of Mahomes.

That last play of the first half was an absolute blunder by Mahomes and he never recovered.

In absolutely no circumstances do you throw the ball anywhere else than directly into the end zone or you just throw away the ball. It's that simple.

I would not have expected a smart QB like Mahomes to make such a big mistake.

Still love Mahomes and this team and luckily we won that SB two years ago but that game is another lesson that it is just better not to have any expectations. Just crushing but at the end of the day this team still made it to the AFC Championship.

I fail to see why fans around here have any higher expectations from the defense than what they showed today. They were not bad, they were not good.

That defense had a good stretch this season but what they showed in the playoffs is pretty much what I expected from that unit going into the playoffs and really it was good enough to win if the offense doesn't completely fail that last play of the first half and the whole second half.

I expect pass rushers being paid north of $20M per year to show up. Jones had a few nice batted balls against the Niners. Other than that, he has disappeared in the playoffs.
