The Chiefs seemed flat and emotionless..For thos at the game did they. .

Did they seem to be motivated on the sidelines?

..watching ta home they all seemed to be sitting quietly on the sideliens ...(aside from Tyreek and Mecole fighting with each other..)

didnt see Kelce, Mahomes, Jones, or HB with any energy in the 2nd half . .

didnt see any hype up huddles or sideline talk

I could be wrong but they seemed uninspired. .

As a head football coach, situational football is key.

#1, you don't call a ****ing play where all patterns are not in the endzone. Not content to just **** that up, not only do we have a player whose route does not go into the endzone, but that player just happens to be Tyreek ****ing Hill.

Seems like anyone with a pulse would want this guy in the ez. I guarantee you if that's Clyde or McKinnon out there, Mahomes isnt tempted to give them a shot.

This is who Andy Reid is.

He just saw how nearly devastating FOUR points left on the field was against Buffalo and still turned his nose up at 3 free ones.

Here's the bottom line.

You had a shot to the ez. They defended it.

You'd like to take another play at 5 seconds, but because you are Andy Reid, and you cannot handle the complexities of simply throwing your challenge flag, and NOTBURNING A TIMEOUT BEFOREHAND, you yourself have taken away your opportunity to confidently take another play there with 5 seconds.

Recognize how your ineptitude has cost you, take the three points at home, and carry a 14 point lead into the lockers, to receive the ball in the third.

It's simple shit guys. It really is. Just not for Andy Reid.

Thus loss knocks another serious dent in the legacy of Andy Reid. Another 18 point collapse with the best player in the world leading your team.

Had he lost against the Bills, it's Arrowhead kicker curse, with the only head scratcher being 1st and 10 from the 16 and the ball is taken out Mahomes hands in favor of putting it in Blake Bell's.

This falls heavily on Andy Reids shoulders.

The worst part about losing is dipshits like you coming out of the woodwork to spew just pure bullshit.

Going all the way 2 years in a row, an extra game this year, 3 OTs.. This team was physically and emotionally spent in the second half..

Honestly, they all just looked dead tired and like they were ready for the season to be over.

I know that sounds crazy, but I think as fans many of us forget these guys are human beings. 4 straight years of overwhelming dedication and playing 20 or more football games in a season can take it's toll, both mentally and physically. Winning is great, but at some point you just run out of steam.

They ran out of gas, it's really that simple. The Bengals wanted it more and they took it. No bad officiating, no fluke plays. We just fell apart and they took full advantage.

First round bye would’ve been nice. Those early season losses might have hurt worse than we realized.

That's a bad excuse considering Bengals also had an extremely tough game against Titans where their QB was sacked 9 times.

Chiefs just couldn't adjust to what Bengals D did in 2nd half and that was the difference.

Taking a shot was fine. Completing a pass outside the endzone and letting time expire was the **** up.

I don’t think many of us would’ve complained about just taking the 3. We were beneficiaries of a similar situation against the Chargers on the road. Many here were pretty relieved that the Chargers didn’t take the points.

Yeah I think there's a lot of truth to this. I doubt they were looking forward to two weeks of Super Bowl hype and nonsense for the 3rd time in a row.

This lead to the big MO change in the game. After they tackled Tyreek, their team sprinted towards the Exit to the locker room screaming and yelling, we walked to ours with our heads somewhat down. We never recovered those points or the emotional swing.
