Success? That team won because of its defense like always.

They have a problem with them becoming management?

We’ve had 3 new black GMs in the last 2 years. Just about all of top black GM candidate have been hired.

Kwesi got a job with very little football background too.

Relative to population, 4 would be appropriate.

You’ve already acknowledged that playing and management are two completely different things, so the league being 70% black means nothing.

I never said problem is solved, but let’s not pretend that blacks aren’t getting GM jobs either.

Josh McDaniels fits the mold of a ****ing fry cook at some bumblescum shithole in lower Mississippi.

He’s a goddamn cheater, loser and fraud that is completely void of any integrity.

Once again. If there was ANY ****ing coach in this league that should be blackballed it’s that ****ing prick

Brian Billick was 85-67 as an NFL HC with a Super Bowl win and never got another sniff as an NFL HC after getting fired.

Jim Fassel was 58-53-1 as an NFL HC, made the playoffs 3 of his 7 years as a HC, including a Super Bowl appearance… never got another sniff as an NFL HC after getting fired.

Mike Martz was 53-32 as an NFL HC, made the playoffs 4 of his 6 years as a HC, including a Super Bowl appearance… never got another sniff as an NFL HC after getting fired.

But we are supposed to be outraged that the likes of Jim Caldwell isn’t given a THIRD HC opportunity, despite being less successful than the above HC’s who never even got a second HC chance.

Hilarious.

Less race. More talk of the NFL being corrupt. Coaches and officials players paid to influence games. Go...

Look, I’m not saying that Mac Jones is good. I’m saying that all things considered, he had a pretty successful year for a rookie QB, and that is obviously a good look for McDaniels.

I think people realize that he got the most out of him, and that’s really all that matters.

Nobody is pretending that he turned him into Mahomes or Herbert, because that’s not the expectation there and never was.

Well, I don’t think Caldwell should’ve been fired in the first place from Detroit.

Billick, Fassel, Martz all left after a losing season.

Caldwell didn’t.

But it’s Detroit.

And they hired him in the first place.

And they now have a black GM.

Both of their 2020 coordinators were black too.

Nothing to do with race.
