That's not even remotely close to D holding. That's how you play run D.

I've seen holding called on D linemen for much less.

That will NEVER be called defense holding. It text book technique and is completely legal.

^this^ that is standard shed technique. Defense holding on linemen is only called if they are holding someone to give another teammate an advantage on a blitz/twist, or if they are holding a back on a screen play.
