Josh allen (bills)
Has almost 100 rushing yds against the jets and 2 interceptions. Currently down against the jets, but that could change.

Allen reminds me of a prime Cam newton. He's physical and isn't afraid to use his body to take punishment. But I can't help but think he'll have a shorter career like cam as a result of it.

Thoughts? (Slow day waiting for the chiefs)

It is sad to see, for sure. Tommy John would be devastating - basically would take him out for 2023, too, unless they rush him back.

Would he be capable of slinging the ball the same way after he recovered? I know of TJ surgery, just not sure what a player looks like after they recover.

Most guys these days have full recoveries and continue their pitching careers with no trouble.

I wouldn't expect it to hurt him long-term in terms of pure arm strength. Some guys even see a little tick up.

I'd be more concerned about touch/feel/ball placement.

Allen’s arm is fine.

He threw the pass of the year (that no one will talk about because the receiver dropped it) AFTER the injury.

70 yard pass in-the-air while on the run and hit the receiver right in the bread basket. One of the greatest throws ever and I believe longer than any QB currently playing has ever thrown it in a game.





Tl;dr - His arm is fine.
