Not saying Chiefs would have lost but DEN could have easily sent the game into OT, and we'd all be flipping our shit over it. It wouldn't be the first time Jones did something foolish to cost the Chiefs at a critical point near the end of a game.
The refs are very inconsistent with RTP. I have seen hits on QBs (especially Mahomes) that don’t get called and other hits that shouldn’t be RTPs that do get called.

This x1000. The Chiefs had him wrapped up except for his throwing arm below the elbow earlier in the game and Wilson literally threw the ball up in the air and their RB caught it for a short gain that should of been a sack. When the refs don't blow the whistle what's CJ supposed to do, let him throw it incomplete?" They haven't called 10 "intentional grounding" penalties all year even though there's usually 2-3 every game that could have been called.

I remember when the Chiefs sucked so bad that we would whine about the refs all the time. When your team sucks, you need all the breaks to go your way to win games. If the Broncos don't want games to be decided by the refs, perhaps they should play well enough that the refs have less of an impact.

(To be fair, we still have plenty of ref whiners around here, but that's a different story.)

The competition committee HAS to look at how Roughing is called again. You can't tell pass rushers to not tackle QBs hard and then let QBs hang in there and throw the ball when they're not taken to the ground.

just trying to help...

I would also accept "Take the bitch QB down; no flags on the ground"

Frankly, I expected better from you, SNR.

What is Jones supposed to do when the refs refuse to blow the whistle?

Literally the drive before Wilson was tied up for a long time when the defender could have smoked him and it allowed him to pass it.

It’s the eternal refrain of loser mentality… “it’s all because of the refs…”

Football games are long with many chances to alter the outcome. The final score, the standings, the 15 games in a row streak. That doesn’t happen because of a single BS penalty.

And the penalty on Sutton was BS, but regardless, your team lost because it sucks. Chiefs were totally beatable yesterday. Good teams win ugly games. Bad teams find a way to lose.

Exactly this.

If they want defenders to not throw QBs to the ground and not tackle them with their full body weight falling on them, they HAVE to blow the whistle for in the grasp sooner.

The whistle should have been blown well before that, but it wasn't, because the refs were giving Russell a chance...

We could go through the horrible missed DPI before the play before Patty was picked in the endzone, or the ridiculous PI call to extend their drive. We could also show blatant holding by their Oline on critical plays that were allowed. So guess what Donk, **** OFF, 15 straight dipshits...

This sounds bad, but the only solution is flags or two hand touch.

Or don’t call anything unless hits are to the head or late. (The correct option).

I’m being dead serious.
