Any James Ellroy fans here?

He is probably most known for writing LA Confidential, but he wrote the Underworld USA trilogy, which Starts with American Tabloid, and he creates a pretty interesting scenario surrounding the JFK Assassination.

He grew up in LA, but moved to Mission Hills in the 90s. I don't know if he still lives here, but he is one of my all-time favorite novelists.

It's a little humbling when you see videos like this and realize that these idolized millionaire athletes are just as dumb and weird as your average American. Or in cases like this, straight up off the reservation looney..

Athletes I can see not being focused on intellectual stimulation. They focused on the moneymaker. Post career like LJ, it would seem that they would try out something new instead of going down internet conspiracy rabbit holes.
