Our division has seemingly gotten weaker and no team has made the kind of transactions that would make them a threat to the Chiefs.

The only two worth mentioning would be Ramsey to the Phins and Hargrave to the 9ers.

Generational talent? Nah. You've gotta be on the field for that to be the case. Dude has played over 14 games half the seasons he's been in the league. Now he's 30, coming off another big lower body soft tissue injury.

Hopkins has been a HOF'er. He is probably starting to break down, so I wouldn't be too upset if they passed.

I'd prob say no to both for much money at this point.

I think part of it is that KC simply hasn't had a WR like either OBJ or Hopkins in, well, maybe ever. The best WR we've had in recent memory is obviously Hill, but he doesn't fit the prototypical mold of WR, so there's not much basis for comparison. A lot of these posters think OBJ/DHop would be nothing more than a slower Tyreek. There doesn't seem to be much enthusiasm for great hands, huge catch radius, exceptional body control, elite level route-running, etc. But those are things the Chiefs haven't had in ages, so it's maybe something like 'ignorance is bliss.' Often it's as simple as people don't know what they're missing.
