Kind of surprised Shanahan and Lynch aren't eviscerated for this. Looking at all the talent in the top half of that 2021 draft class and the two first they gave up in 2022 and 2023 they very well may have cost themselves a chance at multiple championships with how close that roster is. A massive blunder.

Bottom line is when push has come to shove and the franchise has had big decisions to make at the QB position, Ratface has shit the bed each and every time. He's done it twice to this team.

He's a fine coach. Maybe even a great coach. But he's sure as hell not a QB whisperer like so many people think he is.
