Who's going to the home opener?
And, if you are, are you planning to attend the world's largest tailgate?

So looking forward to tailgating, but I have zero desire to go to the overly crowded shindig. If you're interested in a good, traditional tailgate. Hit us up. I'm sure most of you know where to find us by now...lol.

"Chiefs Kingdom is wherever you are, and the World's Largest Tailgate is one way we can unite people in Kansas City, around the country and throughout the world around the fact that NFL football is back in a big way," Chiefs President Mark Donovan said in a statement. The virtual seats can be reserved online.

Donovan said the Chiefs are proud of their team and tailgate culture with the hopes of creating a "unique music and entertainment experience."

The Ford Tailgate District, located in Lot M on the north side of the stadium closest to Lancer Lane, will open at 3:30 p.m. Regular programming will run from 3:30 until 4:30 p.m. and will resume after the World's Largest Tailgate presented by Bud Light through kickoff with regular activations available throughout the day. The Ford Tailgate District is a free space for all fans to enjoy drinks, food trucks, tailgating games and live entertainment leading up to kickoff. This week the district will include live music from DJ Lazer, the Mission Taco Food Truck, the EA Sports Madden Cruiser where fans can play Madden 24, an Oakley trailer with displays and more.

We are in the grass median on the outskirts of Lot F near potties. The closest lot marker is F24. I'm going to try to get some cones decorated. If I do, I'll post pictures. We'll have a few grills, and a propane tank with a deep fryer (hence having the cones).
