No way they will pay Joe and then pay Chase over 30 mil per year and Higgins what he wants. It won't happen and if it did their defense would go down the tubes fast.

So what kind of draft capitol will Higgins fetch for the Bengals?

They'll need to draft well and will need higher end picks for better results as they will need good players on rookie contracts.

Higgins worth two 2nd rd picks?

Philly gave up a 1 and a 3 for AJ Brown. Tee would probably bring a 2 and a 3 at best, if they do it right. They may fool around and just get a comp pick for him.
