This is Glorious! Great Bills board post.

I don't know how to embed or whatever so I am going to type this myself. This is a quote from the Bills message board tonight. I loved it so wanted to share.

"I've said it 50 times and I'll say it 50 more. 13 seconds was our Super Bowl. That was our game. That was our year. Everyday we get farther away from 13 seconds the more it haunts me"

Has there ever been a better post season victory that was not a SB win!

I like this one after the chiefs loss:

Meanwhile complete melt down at chiefsplanet.com. If this was the other futbol Toney wouldn’t survive the night.

Omg, the Dan Campbell thread. If all the posters in that thread were set on fire today the world would be better off. Wow, what douchebags.

I gotta give it to them for dedication. They had 2100 posts in their Chiefs GDT, twice as many as we had for the bills game tonight.

Yeah, but their number would’ve been much lower if that Jets game happened before our game.

A big number of them would’ve been done with football for the week after that abomination.

Yeah good point. I didn't really feel like watching but glad I did. Probably also lost some posters after a Rodgers went out and it was ugly for the Jets.

It's not a perfect analogy.

The 83 NFC Championship was an all-timer Montana peformance that got marred by a bad call. Lost to history, but 49ers fans remember it, and how they came back the next year to win it all.

Many years from now, we'll see 13 seconds and the Bengals loss the same way.
The Niners whipped the Marino Dolphins in the Super Bowl, and the Dolphins never made it back to the Super Bowl after that. The current Eagles team is extremely loaded and they've managed to play a lot of games with the salary cap to keep this team going for the next 4-5 years. I will be surprised if they don't win the NFC again in the near future.

Bills made a huge mistake not firing McDermott and promoting Daboll after 13 seconds.

Likely. But Daboll is still washing the cowboys ball sweat off his face; 40-0 isn’t remotely competitive.

Gotta say, I don't get the Bill hate. We beat them, and at the time they took it pretty well. Feels like it's all come after the Hamlin stuff and again, I don't get it, it didn't involve us.

The Bengals on the other hand talked smack repeatedly and actually beat us when it mattered (once). Their fans were s***ty too. THAT is the team to root against, f*** those guys. The Bills aren't doing s***, they're an irrelevance.

Personally I have the capability to root against more than one team

I was about to quote myself and then saw I was quoting you the first time, too... but anyway... the Bills fans were far worse before the first AFCCG, while Bengals fans didn't show until AFTER they beat the Chiefs. Big difference.

I think Bills fans are worse because the Bengals have actually beaten the Chiefs when it matters. Hell, I don't remember Bengals fans even existing before they won the AFFCG... they won and they were pretty damn gloaty about it. But.. they earned it first.

Even if that stings more due to the AFFCG loss, Bills fans have acted like they've owned the Chiefs since prior to the first playoff match up and have been obnoxious as hell about it... FFS, this clown is STILL talking like the Bills have been successful at Arrowhead and "they love Arrowhead".

It's hard to imagine he's actually a Bills fan at this point, it's so silly.

Not sure I've ever seen such an entitled fanbase throw around so much trash talk while their team accomplishes so little (insert trophy stand meme).

I think rfaulk is the exception that proves the rule, and to be honest only talking smack AFTER you've won sort of sums them up. I just remember the Bills board being way more reasonable about losing to us than the Bengals board.

The entire country was SUPPOSED to love the Bills in that 13 seconds game.

Tony Romo was practically cumming after Josh Allen scored the go ahead TD. He was prematurely celebrating.

And we were all supposed to believe that Allen was the better QB that night. Hell, we're STILL supposed to believe that he outplayed Mahomes.

Uhhh... what? ****ing what? They both played their balls off, but Mahomes had a far greater challenge getting the game tied at 13 seconds, something that Allen pretty clearly lacks the intelligence and the strength of character to pull off. But nooooo... "HE OUTPLAYED MAHOMES AND STILL LOST!"

I was always more of a Romo hater than a lot of people, even in his first season in the broadcast booth. After that game, now I can't ****ing stand the guy.

And **** the Bills.

Yeah, their loss basically ended on the defensive flag... I don't think there was anything for the Bills to bitch about in the AFCCG loss or :13, they imploded all by themselves.

And that doesn't take away Burrowhead and how freakin' obnoxious they were before losing this past year, but considering how bad Bills fans were before their two losses, I'm sure we would have seen similar bullshit had they ever won (at least from the fans... part of the Bengals' BS is the arrogance of their players, too, of course).
