It's not like you just stick to one thing at a time. They create synergy and you use different stacks based on what you're trying to accomplish. It would be a bit long winded to say "I'm old and I'm using testosterone, nandrolone, and anadrol with support from exemstane, TUDCA, NAC, and vitamin D."

Ok, so I'm just gonna assume "on gear" means on estrogen, methamphetamine and horse tranquilizers because those are different substances and combinations.

Is this because it's still not socially acceptable to say "I'm a steroid user"? And "on gear" just leaves a little mystique to it all? Makes it seem like you're adding special potions and alchemist spells to your character in a RPG or something?

Sounds pretty gay as **** to me personally fellas.

Well gear encompasses more than the steroid hormones. There's also the peptide hormones like GH, IGF, and insulin. Then there's the ancillary drugs normally used to combat side effects.
