Hey, I don't hate scho. I think he is a ridiculous human being if what he posts on here is all true, but I can't really hate someone I don't know personally. I flip a lot of shit on this message board and voice my opinion for 3 reasons.

1. I find pleasure in roasting others.
2. I don't think anyone on here gives a shit what I think.
3. I have a dark sense of humor and some of my harshest posts and criticisms have been purely to make others laugh.

I'm sure scho has some redeeming qualities and I truly do hope he is happy with his life. I just have some strong opinions on some of the things he does and I don't have the ability to not share those opinions.

Exactly. Take the Cave stuff... he finally posted a receipt two years later and guess what, nobody cared, because it hasn't ever been about "being right" and proving he did/didn't go on vacation or had a girlfriend or whatever.

And all the shit scho receives isn't about looking down on someone or whatever, it's about flipping shit on the internet... and the worst thing you can do is take it personally, let it in your head, and post stuff like this in response.

If you hand over material like "I pay for sex", of course the internet is going to run with it. If I had a good friend who paid for sex, I'd flip shit at him, too.

Here, as I've learned the hard way, you tend to reap what you sow...and scho63 sows plenty--especially if you ever dare to disagree with his particular iron-clad and "indisputable" takes on a topic (he is, shall we say, charitably) "passionate" about. It's a lesson it took me far too long to learn--but I finally, got it through my thick skull.

Some boomers are slow to learn; others never seem to learn. There are good reasons why so many younger folks have major issues with us boomers. Hubris tops the list.

It wasn't a receipt, it was an itinerary dated 11/23/23 for a trip in December upcoming. A receipt would actually show the stay dates.

I get your point, and I agree now more than I would have in years past...but we seem to be in a distinct minority here.
