Andy wasn't pissed because the call was wrong - he was pissed that the refs didn't do the job he expects them to do. If Toney had gotten a warning on this early in the game, they could have corrected it.

I get the point of view that if he had been doing it all game, the refs should be doing some preventative officiating by giving him, the coaches or Mahomes a heads up about it. I agree with all that. But it's Toney's ultimate responsibility to ensure he's lining up legally by covering the tackle, but not being in the neutral zone. If the guy's spatial awareness is that bad, it's no damn wonder that he can't catch the ball.
