He came back and admitted he messed it up and what he was looking at was expected points added per 60 plays or something like that.

Mistakes happen.

People willing to come back and admit to them is pretty rare though...

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

Buffalo is also a far less dominant team this year than they were last year. If not for a Miami season ending collapse (last 5 games), Buffalo would’ve hosted no games, unless they played the Texans in the AFCCG.

I can't believe Buffalo - a team in a city known for inclement weather, doesn't have some sort of system to prevent the field from turning into concrete. Lord guys - just putting artificial turf out there doesn't change the fact that you play in the arctic and there are gonna be days where that stuff just isn't fit to play a football game on.

Weird how a game with even worse conditions didn't have a bunch of dudes injured and/or concussed by the end of it here in Kansas City...
You're saying it right DJ - I too worry a bit about what the aftermath could be on the injury report. I guess at the end of the day, you win and figure out the rest later. Just a scary proposition when I feel like A) if the Chiefs win playing like they have for the past two games and B) they stay relatively healthy, I'd bet on them all day long to win the AFC next week.

If B doesn't hold true, that would stink heading into Baltimore, if that's what the next challenge ends up being.

They look about the same as they did last year. They struggled to beat a 3rd string QB for Miami in the Wild Card playoff game last year.

Buffalo is capable of beating anyone, but also capable of shooting themselves in the foot on the way to some bad losses. They are pretty much a mirror image of the Chiefs.

I think it comes down to how handsy they let our corners be. This literally could decide a game that's a literal toss up.

I see this talk from both sides about winning by double digits. These are the 2 best teams in the league BY FAR of being competitive EVERY game. Injuries or not...

No doubt they are Jeckyl and Hyde. It just feels like that team last year who was a quit game away from the #1 seed vs this year when they almost missed the playoffs.

I don’t see a double digit win or even a blowout. It will be close like every game between them since the AFCCG that KC beat Buffalo in.

This is a championship caliber defense and the first one KC has fielded since possibly the 90s. The offense just needs to not be a liability for KC to win.
