Houston was drafting #2 overall less than a year ago because they had a very flawed roster. They still have a very flawed roster (especially the defense) and they'll try to fix it over the next couple years.
Experience always counts, talking about their flawed roster only highlights it... they're a young team with a new coach and they all share precious little experience in the playoffs as a group

Mostly they won't. I'm hoping Rice is as advertised and he finds ways to get open with some consistency, plus all the manufactured touches Andy's going to install if we have to play BAL. But the rest of our WRs will get cancelled.
