This guy also made a 3 part documentary on Remote Viewing almost a year ago. In that documentary, he interviewed multiple remote viewers including Joe McMoneagle, who once worked with Robert Monroe (after he had near death experiences and spontaneous out of body experiences, the DoD sent him to the Monroe Institute to work on controlling his OBEs) and currently works as a trainer/instructor at the Monroe Institute.

"I'm going to add to this with my Joe Moneagle story

I attended Gateway at The Monroe Institute around 2011/12. It was an amazing experience overall. On the last day of the course, they announced a guest speaker - it’s Joe McMoneagle. I was a fanboy, read his books, knew about Stargate, so I was very excited.

Joe speaks to the group and tells the most insane stories for nearly 2 hours. Joe’s stories are reality shattering. My mind was blown.

Then comes Q&A time.

People in the group are asking Joe various questions. I was racking my mind trying to think of what to ask him. Since I was into OBE’s at the time, I decided to ask him the practical difference between OBE and Remote Viewing.

As I’m thinking this, Joe is mid-sentence answering another question. He then stops, looks directly at me in the group of about 30 peopl, and says “the practical difference between OBE and Remote Viewing is…” then answers my question directly to me. I had not said a word to him.

I started sweating profusely. I’m sure I looked like I had just seen Bigfoot. I could not believe what had just happened. But solidified in my mind that Joe is the real deal."
