Yeah I think entirely possible Travis could work on his body in the offseason and have a better year in 2025. If he comes back for one more year, he is coming back to be great. If the fire is gone he will retire.

Tony G's game was based on size and strength and boxing out. Kelce's always relied more on speed and elusiveness--traits that might stick around as long.

He is also the smartest guy on the field and is a weapon when you give him time to find his spots. A skill set that is harder to be useful when the qb has to lock on to the first read and you have 7 guys sitting back in coverage.
