On a related note, I've started reading heavily about the draft, and I'm not seeing anybody who projects high or even mid-round as a left tackle. Every review of a tackle says something like "will probably move to the right side" or "could be a solid right tackle". Who is even available in the first three rounds that we would draft as a left tackle? That Trapilo fellow is almost the only one I've seen other than low-round developmental guys. (I haven't looked at guys expected to go in the top half of Round One, by the way. Not any of my business.)

Cool, thanks. They're showing him with five starts last year, so that would make sense if it was at LT, and that's enough for Veach to study, I bet. In the three previous years he got two or three starts per year. I don't follow 49er line injuries, so I was wondering where he played. PFR is not perfect, but they list his position each year as either "T" or "OL", not "LT".
