Derrick has torn both patellar tendons, so he knows first-hand what the recovery is like and what the "new normal" is - less than what "normal" was in the past.

This is normally one of my favorite pods. And was a good listen to help my simmer down a bit. Was really unhappy last night. Still uneasy but we’ve got to trust in what we can’t see and they can. I dont see him being playable until the 2026 season if we’re being honest.
