It's a take home test, and we are able to dicuss answers among others. He had asked if I minded if we got together to go over some answers. I sat down with him during the extra time at lunch to do this. We ended up talking about plans for the weekend, where we were from, etc, etc, etc. Before he left work tonight, I gave him a note (so high school-ish, I know) saying that I enjoyed talking with him, and that, if he wanted to, he could give me a call sometime. I included my phone number in the note.

I know this sounds pretty trivial to most people. I am EXTREMELY shy around guys. Especially if I'm interested. The fact that I didn't get completely tongue-tied while talking to him (maybe once or twice), and that I gave him my number, are HUGE steps for me. I just wanted to share my accomplishment.
