I think the Panthers run out of steam this week. They are very banged up and the Seahawks are healthy (Alexander is 100% by all accounts). It will be a close game but I think Seattle wins.

Point taken,however,last game of season at Atlanta they gave up 11 then shut-out the G-Men.I'm thinking it was just a minor bump in the road,besides their offense put up 29 on a Bears D that had only given up 61 at home all year.

Bottom line I think they've proven they can play whichever kind of game they have to.

Atlanta had already given up and the Giants had a Manning on the team.

This will be the Panthers fourth straight road game and it's a looong way away. Throw in a banged up defense and Foster on IR and think they run out of steam. Also, they've played all of their games in good weather so far and it is not good weather up here - rainy and windy - which will slow Smith down.

I really have nothing against the hawks,however,with Mike Rucker I have a little hometown bias that has me pulling for he and the panthers to win it all.

I'd hope the O isn't the issue considering they're number 1 in the league. The ONLY concern for the Hawks this week is Steve Smith. Let him run wild you could be done. Shut him down, this game is over early.
