I certainly get my temper from my father. When I get pissed, it's like I channel him; I can hear his voice coming out of my mouth and see his actions in everything I do. He's not a good person, and I don't like it one damn bit. But flip the wrong the switch and BOOM there he is. Sometimes I feel like I'm watching somebody else control me. It's creepy.

Don't get me wrong - I'm not blaming anybody else for my actions - especially someone I haven't seen or talked to in nearly 12 years. But I sure wish I hadn't learned this shit so well.
