WRONG - he hasn't learned anytying and that's why he is being cut. Charles Rogers is just another kid who would rather hang wit his boyz and smoke dope all day than actually try to live up to his potential. The offense we runs, or at least the Mike Martz Offense requires the WR's to have and use, their brains for good. Charles was lazy in college and he's been lazy in the NFL as well. It is worth giving him a shot though..the worst thing that happens is he gets cut..
