There are other people in my area (HemiEd and Swanman) who have the same problem. The DVR won't pick up Channel 2 because it broadcasts on a low frequency. If it was any other channel, it wouldn't be a problem.

I would have to get an outside aerial antenna to pick up Channel 2 in HD. I can't do that because I live in a condo.

I've been all through this. Until DTV comes out with a new dish which will pick up local channels AND be compatible with the DVR, I'm just shit outta luck. Although I've been told that this will happen next year (right after football season ends, I'm sure ).
