Sat 101 is several degrees higher in the arc than 119 so it is possible to have reception of regular channels but no locals. I'm in Eastern TN. I didn't get locals when I first got it installed three years ago, because they wouldn't come in. I then bought a TIVO box from a friend. When he brought it over, it was still on his account and he had locals on his account. I could get them all of the sudden. So I signed up for locals. That was last July when the trees were in full bloom. The local signal has been pretty shakey again this spring though. Can't figure out why it would be coming in and out like that.
