The real culprit for how bare this team is talent wise is Vermeil's drafts.
You can't have a span of 3 years where you get 1 impact player and think you're just going to keep rolling along. But I bet Ree-tardKC will be along to tell me how that's Herm's fault for not consulting with Vermeil during those drafts.
