ESPN's Clayton: Chiefs-Bills trade at #11?

The Bills are reportedly looking at Michigan State WR Devin Thomas with the No. 11 overall pick. ESPN's John Clayton says Buffalo, which runs a Cover 2 scheme, is also eyeing cornerbacks with the selection. Clayton also suggests that the Bills might try to move out of the pick, possibly in a trade with Kansas City.

Chiefs dont need Albert to play left tackle. McIntosh wasnt the problem and lot of people fail to realize that. Ideally Albert would be at right guard to start and if some how they try him in practices or training camp at left tackle who knows we might get something. Pretty safe pick actually, if he failed at tackle we know he is a dominating guard. I wouldnt take him at 5, 11 to 17 I would be fine with him.

I'd be fine at 11, but if Chris Long's there @ 5 and we take Albert - I'm going to puke.

Agree.

If they were to take Albert, they're not gonna move Mcintosh to a position of weakness just to move Albert out to LT.

I think the only way Mac gets moved is if we draft a true LT like Williams - and depending on who else we draft later, Mac may find himself in a backup role.....

One of many reasons why most people prefer Chris Williams to any other LT in the draft.

Extremely smart - have to be to go to Vandy.

Handled the best pass rushers in CFB in the SEC. He's played against the highest competition, and succeeded.

Many think he's the best PURE LT in the draft.

Williams and Baker are the only ones IMO would could do that. Right tackle is the bigger concern.

That's what I've heard too.

Hopefully Williams is there at 11.

That's why I think the team may be targeting Otah. If they are happy with McIntosh at LT, then Otah would make a terrific fit as a RT.

Or Gosher from BC. Remember we have a connection on both coaching staffs.

What would the point value be to trade up with Buffalo?
