There is no such thing as a "sure fire" perennial all pro in the draft.

Ther's only potential, and great guards, perennial all pros have been found all over the draft.

If that guy's potential is of John Hannah/ Will Shields/ Larry Allen ect.. then yeah you take said player. If a team knew they'd get a badass like Will Shields he will be a top 10 pick. Yeah Will was 3rd rounder, but if it was truly evident then he'd be a future HOfer he'd be a 1st rounder. With saying that ,Duke Robinson is being compared to Shields now .


It must be a belief that the OG is a easy position to fill, but guess what if one looks at last year it's exactly the opposite. So if a team can fill a void with a stud on the O-line in the 1st you do it.

knowing what we know now Will would definitely be a top 10 pick, but since he's a OG he must be a foot shuffling porter. If a player is being compared to the best of all-time on Offense or Defense that player is definitely worthy top 10 consideration. Thus, my advocation for Duke Robinson
