Those are excellent ideas, Mr. Fairplay. I hereby decree that Faxonia shall offer all models, actresses, and beauty queens 1 million dollars apiece to become a PSG (Population Starter Girl). 2 million if they bring their own pineapples.

Also, based on your past contributions to Faxonia and your good ideas and stuff, I shall name you interior secretary, Mr. Fairplay. I must warn you, however, this is not going to be an easy job. Someone has to personally interview all the PSGs to ensure we have good ones.

I think I see where you're headed with this, Mr. kregger. Faxonia doesn't really need "time" or a "calendar". In truth, those are outdated concepts. Maybe in Faxonia, we'll have something called "Vuppers". These will be stacks of coconuts approximately 10 feet tall that cast a shadow on the ground. The Vuppers will be surrounded by hundreds of little sea shells and when the shadow reaches a sea shell, this will indicate that it's time for more population growth work. Hail Vuppers!!
