I'm taking 16 hours this spring, and 10 more in the summer.
Rock on! It sucks, but it is well worth it... I took all the "hard" classes in the summer, because they are shorter that regular semesters and just quicker to get that shit over with...

This is going to be a good semester, I have college Algebra, Flight Environment (Weather) and Human Anatomy.... So nice to finally see the light at the end of the tunnel...

I'm taking College Algebra this summer.

Biology, Astronomy, dummy Algebra, an Education class (my major) and a humanities class.

Once I transfer to my 4-year school, I'll literally only be taking EDU classes and social science classes. THAT will be nice...

Trust me, it all does. I've been meeting with an advisor at my 4-year (University of Missouri St. Louis) every semester to make sure I'm not wasting any time on classes that either don't transfer at all, or don't at least go toward my electives for my degree program.

Good call. I've seen lots of people waste tremendous amounts of time and money on that shit.

Gotcha, I have been lucky and have had the benefit of taking my general education classes along with my degree classes... So I have tried to keep it interesting as I have went along.

At least one Gen Ed class per semester including summer... Then the rest are interesting and fun...

If you get a chance take an oceanography class... That was a great class...

I rocked at college Algebra. Of course, that was 13 years ago.

I hate algebra, especially considering it has absolutely no bearing on my degree program whatsoever.

Sucks for me it does, but I have only ONE to take and I need to score an 80+ on the Compass portion... I scored a 50...

I suck at it... I have to re-take the ACT portion for Math before I enroll...

IF I suck ass at it again, I will wait and take the Algebra class this summer and use this semester to study up for the ACT again...

I tested into college Trig, but the highest math I had to have for my major at the time was Algebra.

Then I can say that you'd officially hate my wife.

3.98 GPA from UCLA. Major? Mathematics.

Sometimes, it can be really annoying.

You probably rock at history or science. Math and English were my strong suits. I sucked at history and science.
