That's not the point. Denver knows Arrington is not an All-Pro. He's just an added body. A role player.

camp fodder costing you 2.5 mill per year is not the best idea

Arrington is hardly camp fodder, let alone a worthless player.

He ranked 11th in the NFL in kick return average and averaged 6.0 yards a rushing attempt last year.

BTW, 2.5 million is peanuts in the NFL for a veteran. The salary cap this season is approximately $123 million!!!
