I admit, I am much more of a wait and see kind of person. I think changes like this are, for the most part, a mistake.

I don't think there are any 'bad' coaches in the NFL. If you have ever been to a coaching clinic with any of these guys, or met with any of them on any level.... truly sharp guys who know x's and o's and subtleties of the game that we just don't get.

So, I think that Gailey should have stayed through this year..... at least, that is what I would do.

Now, with that said, it is refreshing to see a guy come in and just shake the crap out of the tree and see what falls out.....

As much as my approach would be different, and I think this approach may backfire.... I absolutely respect the fact that he is coming in, and doing what he sees fit and is willing to own up to ALL of it.

We'll see if it works, but I respect any leader with conviction to do what he sees fit regardless of consequences.
