Russell is inaccurate. And as Steve Young noted, being accurate is really a trait you either have or don't have. You generally don't see QB's who are as inaccurate as Russell all of a sudden become accurate passers. And the fact is, good/great accuracy is the single biggest trait needed for an NFL QB.

Shut down the Raiders ground game and they are done because Russell is never going to win games with his arm.

You need to quit being so serious. I hate to say it, but I think we lose to tha Raidas. We all get that you know everything. Christ, I have already had to deal with my wife and an 8 y/o not wanting to get up this morning.

For our defense, that's a HUGE contingency.

The Raiders have 3 RB's, all of which can (and HAVE) hurt us in different ways.

Yes, if we shut down their running game, they're probably not going to be able to win. But I'm not at all convinced we can actually do it.

It's not really the backs they have, they run that zone blocking system really well. IT's why a bum like Fargas could even have a couple of decent seasons there.

POint is, just sell out against the run. Russel is God awful. So make him beat you. I think their defense is still suspect against the run, even with Seymour in there. Their linebackers are atrocious, terrible at the point, and outside of Nnamdi their secondary is full of scrubs. Run the ball, go play action a lot, stack the box against them.

We should win this game.

That was being serious? A take on an upcoming game? You need to remove the stick from your ass.

Not to mention the fact that the Chargers won when they started to put 8 in the box. Make Russell beat you is the only game plan needed. He might burn you once or twice. But we will have a lot of 3 and outs.
