Presumably, those will be the more talented players. If they don't respect him and his message, it won't matter. They'll just be forced to keep turning over the roster until they find 53 guys that don't mind getting screamed at.

The right 53 probably means players that don't **** up constantly. Don't **** up and you don't get yelled at.
