brainsmasher Rookie Join Date: Oct 2009 Location: planet earth Casino cash: $10004900	Carl Peterson couldn't draft well; but he drafted Derrick Thomas, Will Shields, Larry Johnson and Jared Allen among others. I think most people would say that he more than made up for it with his free agent aquisitions. He assembled enough talent for each of his coaches to go to the Super Bowl except for Gunther and Herm with Herm probably having the least amount of talent to work with. Marty and Vermeil had enough talent to go to the Super Bowl. You cannot blame Carl for the Chiefs not going to a Super Bowl.
