The nearest solar system is so far away, that it would take hundreds of thousands of years to get there with technology and a fuel source we have no way of even remotely attaining right now.

The world is about 15 billion years old. There are no highly developed organisms similar to us that have developed fast enough to be able to come to our solar system in that time. There is no evidence of string theory that allows this highly unlikely level of transportation to be possible. It's a brain toy for scientific dreamers.
