Yeah, I used to frequent that site until I got a job that requires a certain high secuirty clearance. I tend to not go there now because there is a lot of pretty bad anti-govt agenda there. However, there are some crazy conspiracies on there.

I always thought the following were the most crazy/interesting:

There is a long paper written about this by an alleged former security guard. It's pretty entertaining and worth a read - google "Dulce Book" to find it.

Freemasons, NWO, and Aliens - Apparently there are some kind of lizard aliens called Draconians that can shapeshift and have apprently infiltrated all levels of our government in an attempt to drive NWO agenda or something.

The Dulce Base is one of the most debated, whacked out, and interesting topics in all of Ufology.

The paper you're referring to is called the "Dulce Papers"...its an extremely interesting read no matter how out there the ideas presented are.

Dulce is just one of many rumored DUMBs...including the one supposedly under DIA I posted about.

I remember the Dulce episode of UFO Hunters, crazy stuff.
