Conspiracy buffs?

Ok, who here is at least somewhat of a conspiracy buff? Which ones do you believe strongly in and which do you think are bs? Any of your own?

I love a good conspiracy. JFK tops my list.

I don't believe Jesus Christ was a flesh and blood historical person, but I don't believe it is an "active" conspiracy perpetuated by current religious bodies. I think it was an old conspiracy that is perpetuated by people who, today, genuinely believe it to be true, and as such, are not engaged in a conspiracy, but simply ignorant to an old one.

The ones that drive me crazy are the "we didn't go to the moon" folks. 99% of their theories have been totally debunked, yet they look more stupid every day by clinging to their ridiculous arguments.

I don't "believe" in anything. Something is, or it isn't.
Sure, you can guess there probably IS life in the universe, but that's different than "believing" in aliens.

Remember how we didn't know about electricity at one point?

Also,

I'm not going to link the rest of the 4 parts, you can watch them yourself if you feel like it. But this is very interesting considering the sources.

(Pretty sure this was posted here before)

Well, I'd say I believe in the JFK conspiracy for sure. Not a doubt in my mind about that one. Aliens hell yes. They're here or at least have been here before and the Gov. damn sure knows it. I'd probably have to agree with the Area 51 also. Though that could also fall under the Alien conspiracy. Also I still think there's more to the whole 9/11 incident than everyone knows.

On a side note regarding the JFK conspiracy, my high school history teacher, and favorite teach of all time for that matter was Casey J. Quinlan at Olathe East (he's not there anymore I don't think). Well he's been a JFK conspiracy researcher for many many years, and is quite well known and respected in his field by his peers. He gives lots of lecture at colleges etc. around the midwest, also at JCCC. If you ever have a chance to catch one of his lectures do so. He's brilliant. Really really is. Can't say enough good things about the man. Very nice guy too. Here's some more I found on him in case anyone's interested. I don't think you'd regret it. I went to Dallas twice with him and other fellow students to study the conspiracy and tour the sites, meet eye witnesses, etc. Pretty interesting stuff, and Quinlan knows all there is to know on the subject matter. He and one of his fellow colleagues Brian K. Edwards actually wrote a book also about it. It's called "Beyond The Fence Line". I'll post a link for it too below in case anyone is curious.

http://www.zoominfo.com/people/Quinl...178236665.aspx
Brian Edwards, Casey Quinlan, Ed Hoffman
...
For the past 20 years, Edwards and Casey Quinlan have sponsored student trips to Dallas to study the assassination.
...
Casey J. Quinlan was born and raised in Kansas City and has been a high school teacher for over 32 years in Kansas.Quinlan served in the United States Army with the 9th Infantry as a medical corpsman during the Vietnam War.He earned a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master's degree in American History from Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas. He is co-director of Project JFK/CSI Dallas, a student-oriented historical experience for high school and college students.Quinlan has been the featured speaker at many colleges throughout the Midwest, including the Alf Landon Lecture Series at Kansas State University; the William Allen White School of Journalism at the University of Kansas; and the Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, Kansas.Quinlan has served as a guest historian for the A&E network, the History Channel, and for Oliver Stone's movie, JFK.
...
In 1995, Quinlan was named the Outstanding Educator of the Year by JFK Lancer. From 1997, Quinlan has served as an adjunct instructor at Friends University in Wichita, Kansas; Ottawa University in Overland Park, Kansas and Washburn University's Criminal Justice Department in Topeka, Kansas.Today, Quinlan teaches American History at Basehor-Linwood High School in Bonner Springs, Kansas.

Yeah, I used to frequent that site until I got a job that requires a certain high secuirty clearance. I tend to not go there now because there is a lot of pretty bad anti-govt agenda there. However, there are some crazy conspiracies on there.

I always thought the following were the most crazy/interesting:

HAARP - there is some big array in alaska that people think can change the weather, be used as a mind control weapon, and shoot down alien craft.

Chemtrails - people see contrails from airplanes and they think that the airplanes are releasing chemicals into the sky to make us sick, control our minds, or control the weather.

Dulce Base - there is a supposed massive joint human/alien base far underground the Archuleta Mesa in Dulce, NM. Humans are taken there and prepared for consumption by the aliens. There is a long paper written about this by an alleged former security guard. It's pretty entertaining and worth a read - google "Dulce Book" to find it.

Freemasons, NWO, and Aliens - Apparently there are some kind of lizard aliens called Draconians that can shapeshift and have apprently infiltrated all levels of our government in an attempt to drive NWO agenda or something.

Good times.

keep sending your agents disguised as Jehovas witnesses to my house and you will keep receiving dead agents. When you are listening to my phone I only let you hear what I want you to hear. You want a war? I'll give you a war. You drew first blood. You drew first blood.
