Heh, at 32 I realized I was nuts. I'm still incredibly young and should be thankful for my health. Amazing what losing 140lbs does for a man.

Congrats on the weight loss.

Age is a weird thing. I never thought I was old until I looked back on my life one day and wondered where a decade went. Seriously, the 2000's went by like a blink of a ****ing eye. It was this past January, that I decided that I better start enjoying my Family, My Health and Everything around me just a little more. I've always appreciated those things, but I may have slightly taken them for granted. Not anymore. If the next decade blows past me like the last one, I'm going to at least savor all the better moments it has give.

I don't give a lot of advice, but that one, I'll share.

30 is old? Wtf? I'll be 40 in oct. Its the new 30. I remember thinking 40 was old when I was 29. Honestly, I do not feel like I'm pushing 40...well, my body does. e.
