Well, for starters, get off the computer. The computer is like television and will only keep you up.
 There is one tip I use when I'm not using drugs (legal/illegal) and that is to keep a book by your bed. Not just any book, but a boring one or something you're not really interested in reading at all. When you get to page three, your eyes will get heavy and you will fall asleep faster than a hibernating bear.
