I'm glad I don't have to try to sell a house in this economy. Our value is ****ed because a few ****stains in our neighborhood were desperate and were willing to take a beating on their sale.

I can understand why I'm not getting a lot of hits. It's not low enough to where people have that much cash on them....and it's not high enough to where people can get a loan.

Maybe it's just me but I think $6500 is a steal for my truck. Unfortunately....people just don't want to buy it.
