It's a direct download from the link.. if you're using chrome, keep an eye on your bottom status bar after clicking the link -- it'll prompt you to save the file.

edit: and it's slow because we currently have 1 seeder. I'll seed for a few days after I complete download.

Well I know that...but when I click the link, I get the "The WebPage is not available" page

Ok. Then add the torrent to your torrent-client by URL (usually option is under file menu).. then enter this "http://uranus.ckt.net/~gochiefs/pics/NFL.2010.10.24.Jaguars.vs.Chiefs.720p.HDTV.x264-BAJSKORV.torrent" - minus quotes.

You are using a BitTorrent Client to open it right?
