Here is what I would do.

1. Sign Carson Palmer for 2nd string
2. Sign Matt Leinart for 3rd string
3. BOOST to Cassel's ego, he be like "ya, who's starting now? WHAT? WHAT?"

and Matt Cassel wins us a Superbowl.
