Sounds like what I go through with air conditioners, everyone wait untils the first 95 degree day to turn them on and I get 20 ****ing calls in an hour.

And its a BIG emergency. Hey can you come right away? We never considered that you would have other people waiting for service? People are funny.

Say, did you know that scientists have developed a theory that the cosmos actually began in some of these retail stores? Yeah, and that the big bang originated right here in KC. Truly, that is how important this stuff is. Even string theorists are on board with it. Multiple realities of local retail stores that are the key to life in the universe. Without these people then there would be no reason for our existence.
